Technologies, LLC. He has over 30 years operations and business
management experience in manufacturing, management consulting, and
strategic business counseling.
Sam
has held senior management positions with Carrier Corporation (United
Technologies). |

serving with Coopers & Lybrand's (PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP)
Management Consulting Practice as a senior consultant, Sam was co-founder
and co-owner of Unique Solutions, Inc., a business consulting advisory
group. |

Sam
has worked in Europe, Asia, and Japan. He has assisted over 150
businesses in New York State and the Northeastern United States.
His area of expertise include, Strategic Planning, P&L Management,
Operational turn around management in manufacturing, quality systems,
sales and marketing development, and cost containment.
Sam
is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) from Institute of Management
Consultants, Washington, D.C., and has degrees in both business
and finance. In addition, he is an alumnus of Harvard Business
School's Management Development Program.
